Return Process

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
